Many of them hold positions of political or other power and they are almost singularly responsible for Human Trafficking .They contract with the Cartel and masquerade as military units overseas to carry out kidnapping missions world-wide, then partner with the Department of Family and Protective Services to house the children for the duration of their servitude. In some cases, they auction them off in illegal adoptions or harvest them for organs.
