Just understand that the toxicity that exists outside of you IS a distraction from your own love and healing.
Healing is incredibly difficult when you surround yourself with negativity and toxicity.

You can either be a animalistic human Or a divine human You have a choice Its far easier to be an animalistic human ,and todays culture and society promotes that ''Keeps you small and powerless'' Or You can become a divine human. Just dont expect the world to love you Expect it to target you instead If you cant handle the darkness -awakening -enlightenment is not for you. When you become a light in this world -The darkness will always target you Why ? buddha said Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Thats why. It upsets the control grid that darkness has Lower self =earth Higher self =heaven Bridge the gap between heaven and earth  The middle path is a path of balance... Im sure christ mentions overcoming the ''flesh'' as well ''animalistic nature'' People dont understand its all about merging with the all that is macrocosm -microcosm. If the darkness comes for you -You are a threat. If you are a threat ,never give up and never back down. Id say 70% of people are still ''lead'' ,while about 30% have the potential to become ''gold'' Those 30% of potentials can light up the other 70% Then you get a timeline shift of ''heaven on earth'' Its a collective effort to bring that kind of reality about.
